Roxus Funded Pilot Offer

1. Overview

Roxus Limited ("Roxus", "we", "us", "our") is offering a funded (free-of-charge) pilot of the Nintex RPA Platform as part of a turn-key pilot to qualifying organisations (the "Pilot"). There are no licence, subscription, service or set‑up fees for the duration of the Pilot.

2. Eligibility Criteria

1. Attend the relevant Roxus webinar or schedule a discovery meeting following Roxus’s outreach;
2. Have between 500 and 5000 employees with a customer / contact centre function;
3. Provide at least one suitable automation/use-case that can be validated during the onboarding workshop; and
4. Sign Roxus’s Pilot Agreement (see §4) within 30 days of Roxus’s written invitation.

Roxus may limit the number of Pilots and will prioritise applicants with the highest potential business impact.

3. Pilot Scope & Duration

• Software: Up to 30 days Nintex RPA licences.
• Services: Up to 7 days’ consultancy support.
• Duration: 30 days from Pilot Start Date.

4. Pilot Agreement (Condition Precedent)

Each selected organisation must execute a short-form Pilot Agreement covering:

• Project scope and success criteria;
• Data-protection & confidentiality;
• Acceptable use & security;
• IP ownership;
• Liability and termination.

5. Charges

The Pilot is fully funded. No fees are payable for software, services or hosting during the Pilot.

6. No Automatic Rollover

The Pilot ends automatically on the End Date unless a Statement of Work is signed should you wish to continue using the services. No hidden costs.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to stakeholders, systems and data;
• Allocate internal resources for workshops;
• Comply with the Pilot Agreement and Nintex licence terms.

8. Termination

Roxus may terminate immediately for material breach, failure to meet responsibilities, or insolvency. Participants may terminate on seven (7) days’ notice.

9. Liability

Except for death, personal injury or fraud, Roxus’s liability is limited to £1,000 in aggregate. No indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of England & Wales. London courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
